Ditto Fitness offers home workouts through the platform (the “Services”).You may only use the services as an individual user and if you are (1) older than 18 years and younger than 65 years and (2) in good health and have been approved by a physician as fit to perform physical workouts similar to those offered by the Services.
The materials and Services on the Ditto Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ditto Fitness makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Ditto Fitness does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or Services on the Ditto Platform or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. Ditto Fitness is not a licensed medical care provider and should not be viewed as an authority on matters of health or the effects of exercises on medical conditions.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.Without limiting the generality of the above, the entire liability of the Ditto Fitness and any of its suppliers under any provision of these terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Services or 100 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Ditto Platform.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access, use and/or involvement with the Ditto Platform and Services may involve potentially dangerous and physical activities that may lead to personal and/or bodily injury, death, temporary or permanent disability, loss of services, loss of consortium, or damage to or loss of property or privacy.
